The University of Florida Reitz Union Board brought DJ Khaled to UF last Friday. DJ Khaled is a well known disc jockey who works with a wide variety of artist including Rihanna, Drake and many more. One of his more famous songs is “All I do is win”
Khaled is well known as a DJ, but also as an inspirational speaker on Snapchat. Khaled has a public Snapchat where his followers are able to hear his “Keys to success.” The keys to success are important things Khaled believe brought to his success and would like to share with his fans.
A famous line he says is “They don’t want you to win,” referring to the people that may not want the best for you, but Khaled inspires his fans to remember that even though they don’t want you to win, that doesn’t mean you won’t.
As DJ Khaled came out on stage, he played his iconic song “All I do is win” which made the very anxious crowd excited. The crowd waited about little over an hour for the performer, when he came out, everyone had their phones ready to snap the moment.
DJ Khaled first started with a couple of songs where he is more vocal then went to the back to show everyone why he is known as DJ Khaled. He started using the turn tables and mashed together a variety of songs that the crowd knows and can dance to.
In between some sets he took his phone and snap his experience performing at UF. He also delivered some keys to success such as stay in school and get your degree because that is a major key.
